Alisson and Conor Bradley are both set to return to the Liverpool side for Sunday’s Premier League clash with West Ham United at Anfield.
Brazil goalkeeper Alisson has missed the past two matches against Everton and Fulham after taking a blow to the head playing in a World Cup qualifier against Colombia last month.
However, he has now passed the concussion protocol tests and has trained fully this week.
Asked if Alisson had completely recovered and was available for selection, Slot said: “Yes he is.”
Full-back Bradley is in contention to make his first start since mid-February. The Northern Ireland international impressed off the bench after making his comeback following six weeks out with a hamstring injury in last weekend’s 3-2 defeat to Fulham.
Midfielder Curtis Jones has deputised at right-back with Trent Alexander-Arnold (ankle) sidelined, but a fully fit Bradley gives Slot a specialist in that role.
“It’s always a boost when quality players come back,” Slot added.
“Curtis Jones is a quality player but it’s not his favourite position. So to have a player in his favourite position might be better for the team.
“Conor has done so well for us this season, just like Trent. But when Trent then isn’t there, you always hope to look behind you and see that Conor is available.
“But then if he isn’t, we have to solve that problem. And we are not the only team in this league that has had these problems. We’ve tried to bring the best out of it.
“That worked really well against Everton. I think Curtis played well also against Fulham. Of course he was involved in a goal but you can ask yourself the question if he could do so much about that.
He did it quite well to very well, in my opinion, for two games.
“But now to have Conor back, I think we all would make the same decision and that’s playing Conor in that position.”
