Lancôme chooses Aptar's Inune pump for the refillable version of Idôle

For launching the new refillable bottle of Idôle Eau de Parfum, Lancôme (L’Oréal Group) has chosen Aptar Beauty’s Classic Inune fragrance pump, for a short spray experience with gentle actuation.

Manufactured at the Le Neubourg site in Normandy, France, the Classic Inune pump features a POM-free (polyoxymethylene) cartridge, and stands out, according to Aptar, thanks to a robust and light weight design, that is “10% lighter than the market average.

The pump and collar are anodized to achieve a metal finish colour-matched in Lancôme’s iconic rose gold hue. The thin high collar perfectly matches the slender and delicate shape of the bottle.

In addition to its technical qualities, this pump guarantees olfactive neutrality,” highlighted Aptar. Indeed, its design ensures that the formula is never in contact with the metal of the dispensing system.

This new launch is the result of a close partnership between the L’Oréal and Aptar teams. To meet the challenges of sustainability without compromising on the aesthetics of the Idôle Eau de Parfum bottle, Classic Inune was a perfect match. It is stylish and discreet, and fits in perfectly with the sleek design of the bottle, even in its refillable version. It guarantees an optimal compatibility with the formula, meeting the high expectations of the world’s leading fragrance houses, such as Lancôme,” said Sophie Magdelaine, Global Platform Senior Manager Fragrance, Aptar Beauty.
